Payment Terms: To fully secure and confirm your booking, a deposit covering the first 2 hours of service must be paid at the time of online checkout. Dates are booked on a first-come, first-served basis, and your event date will not be held or guaranteed until this deposit is successfully processed and these Terms are accepted. Any extras or additional hours are invoiced separately the week of the event.
14-Day Post-Booking Grace Period: If the Client cancels the event within 14 days of the initial online booking date, a full (100%) refund will be issued.
Exception: This 14-day grace period does not apply if the booking is made 30 days or less before the scheduled event date.
Cancellation Outside the Grace Period (More Than 30 Days Prior): If the Client cancels the event after the 14-day post-booking grace period has passed, but more than 30 days before the scheduled event date, the Company will issue a partial refund of 50% of the total contract amount. The remaining 50% is retained by the Company as a non-refundable booking fee.
Cancellation 30 Days or Less Prior: If the Client cancels the event 30 days or less before the scheduled event date, no refund will be issued, regardless of when the booking was made. The full payment is forfeited.
Notice of Cancellation: All cancellations must be submitted to the Company in writing via email. The date the email is received by the Company will serve as the official cancellation date for determining refund eligibility.
Safe Operations: The Company requires a safe, respectful environment to operate. The Company reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate service, pack up equipment, and leave the premises without a refund if:
Right of Refusal: The Company reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or guest who appears excessively intoxicated, aggressive, or destructive.
Site Requirements: The Client is responsible for ensuring the venue provides a designated level space for the photobooth, within 15 feet of a dedicated, standard 3-prong electrical outlet.
Outdoor Events: For outdoor events, the Client must provide complete overhead shelter (such as a tent or canopy) to protect the equipment from direct sunlight, wind, rain, or heat. If weather conditions deteriorate and adequate shelter is not provided, the Company reserves the right to shut down operations for safety reasons without refund.
The Company relies on mobile hotspots or venue Wi-Fi for real-time digital gallery uploads. If internet service or Wi-Fi is unavailable, unstable, or insufficient at the event location, digital client galleries and uploads will be delayed until the following day. The Company is not responsible for delayed digital deliveries caused by poor network connectivity.
Any requests for additional time beyond the contracted hours on the day of the event are subject to the Company's availability and discretion. The Company is under no obligation to accept overtime requests. If accepted, overtime will be billed at our standard hourly rate and must be paid in full prior to the continuation of service.
The Client accepts full financial responsibility for any theft, loss, or damage caused to the Company’s photobooth, backdrops, props, or technical equipment by the Client, their guests, invites, or event attendees. The Client will be billed for the full repair or replacement cost of the damaged property.
By agreeing to these terms, the Client grants the Company the irrevocable right and permission to use, publish, and display photographs and digital media captured during the event for promotional, marketing, advertising, and portfolio purposes (including website and social media display), unless explicitly opted out by the Client in writing prior to the event.
Limitation of Liability: The Company takes the utmost care regarding equipment maintenance and digital media backup. However, in the event of a technical malfunction, power failure, camera failure, or corrupted data, the Company’s liability is strictly limited to a pro-rated refund of the period of time the booth was non-operational. The Company is not responsible for any consequential losses or damages.
Force Majeure: The Company shall not be held liable for failure to perform its obligations under this agreement if such failure is caused by events outside of its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government mandates.
Branding & Signage: The Operator retains the right to place a small, professional company logo and website URL or QR code at the bottom of all digital and printed photo strips. Additionally, the Operator is permitted to display a small, professional sign featuring a QR code linking to the Operator's website next to the photo booth setup. This signage is intended strictly for attendee convenience and business advertising, and shall remain unobstructed throughout the duration of the Event.
